Olive Paste
Olive paste has long been one of my favorite starters, it’s one of those spreads that almost everyone enjoys. However, it has become increasingly difficult to find at the store, so I decided to make my own. I tried two variants with black and green olives, the black olives are a little blander, but liked by most people, while the green olive variant is a little stronger and my personal favorite.

150g of black or green olives (without pit)
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 Garlic clove (minced)
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a chopper.
2. Chop for a few seconds until the olives are in a paste-like texture. Place in a small bowl and enjoy.
Notes
The green olives have a slightly more granular texture, while the black olives reach a more paste-like texture, naturally, you can adjust the texture to taste. For the garlic, you are welcome to use minced garlic from a jar, 1 teaspoon should suffice.
