Asian Cucumber Salad

Naturally, we had to jump on the viral cucumber salad trend, and ended up crafting our own version. This cucumber salad comes together in minutes, bursts with vibrant flavor, and only gets better as it sits in the fridge.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cucumbers

2 tsp of sambal olek (chilli paste)

12 tsp of garlic paste

12 tsp of salt

2 tbsp of rice whine vinegar

1/21 tsp of fish sauce

12 tbsp of sesame oil

23 tbsp of black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. wash and cut the cucumbers into bite size chunks, and place them in a big tupperware container.
  2. add all the other ingredients into the container and secure the lid.
  3. shake!
  4. give it a taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.

Notes

This cucumber salad pairs very well with our turkey roulades. This can be made in bigger batches and kept in the fridge for days.
