Burrata & Tomato Sandwich
This is a quick and fresh sandwich which can be enjoyed cold in the summer, and warm in the winter time.

Ingredients
4 slices of your favorite bread
4 slices of thinly sliced ham (optional)
1 Burrata
fresh basil
olive oil
salt & pepper
6 large tomatoes or several cherry tomatos
4tsp of minced garlic (fresh or paste)
Truffle oil (optional)
Instructions
- toast the bread slices. While those are toasting you can wash and cut the tomatos, and mince the garlic.
- drizzle a little bit of olive oil on your toasted bread and spread the minced garlic.
- place 1-2 slices of ham to the bread, add the tomatos, and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
- next cut the burrata into thin slices and spread them onto the bread.
- lastly add some more pepper to the burrata, add a few drops of truffle oil and garnish with a few basil leaves.
Notes
In the summer the burrata and the tomatos make this a very fresh and quick dinner. In the winter time place the sandwiches in a warm oven for 5-10 minutes before serving.
