1 Burrata

fresh basil

olive oil

salt & pepper

6 large tomatoes or several cherry tomatos

  • place 1-2 slices of ham to the bread, add the tomatos, and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
  • next cut the burrata into thin slices and spread them onto the bread.
  • lastly add some more pepper to the burrata, add a few drops of truffle oil and garnish with a few basil leaves.

Notes

In the summer the burrata and the tomatos make this a very fresh and quick dinner. In the winter time place the sandwiches in a warm oven for 5-10 minutes before serving.
