Turkey Roulade

This recipe came together on the fly, inspired by the ingredients we had on hand without a clear plan in mind. The result? A quick, delicious dish that’s likely to become a staple you’ll return to again and again. These turkey roulades are not only easy to make but also pair perfectly with our refreshing Asian cucumber salad.

Ingredients

46 turkey cutlets (very thin)

1 block of feta cheese

4 tsp of bacon

34 tbsp of cooking oil

Salt & Pepper

100ml white wine

paprika powder

Instructions

  1. preheat the oven to about 120 degrees C.
  2. season the cutlets with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  3. cut the feta into strips in place 1-2 strips on each cutlet.
  4. add about 1 tsp of bacon to each cutlet.
  5. roll up the cutlet and secure with a wooden skewer.
  6. add your oil to a pan and sear the cutlets from both sides until golden brown.
  7. add the wine to a casserole dish, place the cutlets inside, transfer them to the oven, and let them cook for about 20-25 minutes.

Notes
