Whipped Feta Dip

This high protein whipped feta dip is fantastic on its own when dipped with bread, but it also pairs very well with different kinds of veggies. Enjoy it as a snack, appetizer or a quick lunch.

Ingredients

Scale

1 block of feta cheese

1 container of cottage cheese (usually 250g)

lemon zest and juice to taste

1tsp of garlic paste

salt & pepper

1tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth. If need be add a splash of water to make it smoother.
  2. season with salt, pepper and lemon (zest and juice) to taste.
