Why have a side dish, when the side dish can be stuffed into the main course? Truly unique and super tasty!

Place the rice, water and spice variety in the Ninja pot. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes and slow natural release for 10 minutes.

While the rice is cooking, wash the chicken and cut a pocket into the breasts.

Whisk together the two eggs in a deep plate and set aside. Prep another deep plate with the panko and add lots of seasoning.

Besides salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika powder add a good flavor boost.

Once the rice is done let it cool for a few minutes. Then start filling the breasts with the rice filling. Use toothpicks to close the side.

Be sure not to overstuff!

Once the breats are filled dip each one into the egg, then into the panko crumbs and fry in a pan until golden brown from the outside.

Next place the chicken breasts in the oven for about 50 minutes at C180

Cook time can vary depending on the size of the chicken breats.

This is a main course and side dish combined in one. Any sort of light salad can be a nice addition.
