Saucy Schupf Skillet

Schupfnudel
Add the Schupfnudeln to a bowl, add olive oil and spices and mix well. Place them in the airfryer at 180 and let them crisp for 12-15 minutes.
Meat sauce
Cut the onion and the garlic and sautee them in some olive oil in a hot pan. Next add the meat and let it brown.
Once the meat is done, add the tomato can, sambal olek, parsley, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Once the sauce and the Schupfnudeln are done, dish up on a plate. Lastly add some feta crumbles to the meat sauce.
Notes
A typical dish born out of leftovers. We've discovered that Schupfnudeln are great out of the airfryer. It will become a more regular side dish in our house for sure.
