Veggie Soup & Fried Leberkäse

This dish is perfect for busy weeknights when you want something warm and satisfying without spending too much time in the kitchen. It’s quick, simple, and full of comforting flavors. The fried Leberkäse was actually a spontaneous idea, but it turned out to be a delicious addition to the soup—adding a savory, crispy element that pairs beautifully with the soup. What started as a small experiment has quickly become a favorite twist for elevating an otherwise simple soup.
